JOB DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Extensive IT Experience: Over 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including more than 6 years in professional sales and key account management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects of project management.
  • Advanced Account Management Skills: Proven ability to independently anticipate and understand clients’ strategic goals and next steps. Adept at supporting clients in managing and planning their roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive Sales and Opportunity Generation: Demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to generating new sales leads and uncovering growth opportunities, driving business development and revenue expansion.
  • Deep Software Development Life Cycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, with proven experience in Enterprise and AI domains, enabling the management of complex projects and the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Problem Identification and Solution Delivery: Highly skilled at identifying potential issues before they arise, providing effective IT solutions, and overseeing their successful implementation from inception to completion.
  • Contract Management and Legal Acumen: Competent in creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with a solid understanding of legal risks, ensuring all agreements align with company and client expectations.
  • Agile and Iterative Methodologies: Proficient in delivering projects using modern agile and iterative methodologies, such as SAFe, ensuring adaptive and efficient project execution in dynamic environments.
  • Fluent English Communication: Fluency in English at a C1 level, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Certifications: Possession of certifications in Project Management, such as PSM, KMP, Prince2, or PMP, is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to professional excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Willingness to work across various US time zones, ensuring seamless project coordination and collaboration with teams and clients regardless of location.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ability to solicit and value different viewpoints; help to develop consensus.
  • Ability to negotiate with, persuade, and influence others.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate group discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts.
  • Analyze and understand customer plans and define development plans with the customer.
  • Support the preparation and review of offers.
  • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Build Spyrosoft’s brand awareness through the existing and potential customer’s structures.
  • Create & update the Account Plans for the customer.
  • Organize Account Plan meetings once every 3 months.
