The Retrofit & Upgrade department at MAN Energy Solutions offers a comprehensive range of products and solutions aimed at optimizing 2-stroke engines in operation. That includes providing customers with innovative solutions that lower running costs, enhance fuel savings, improve engine availability, and ensure compliance with modern emission regulations. By leveraging our extensive expertise and advanced technologies, we help our customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability in their marine operations.
Your knowledge of the marine industry, combined with your strong project and people management skills on how to manage the team, customers and internal stakeholders and how to transform challenges into solutions is what will make you a success in this role.

You will:

• Drive project execution from order confirmation to final project delivery for select customers
• Plan, organize and guide the daily activities of the project management team
• Drive knowledge sharing and skill development within the project management team
• Ensure the project management team meets its KPI’s and performance goals
• Identify and resolve cross-departmental issues, removing roadblocks to ensure the project management team can work efficiently
• Identify process gaps and improve the end-to-end execution through optimized templates, process, and tools
