Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the ongoing successful delivery of Teckro products to clients by building strong and productive relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • As lead point of contact for key existing clients, manage day to day relationships with these teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through frequent communication, meetings and client visits.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to help grow these accounts within Teckro by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Recommend Teckro solutions to help solve these where possible.
  • Develop site engagement strategies with the clinical study team using Teckro solutions, data and communication channels.
  • Leverage Teckro data and metrics for clients with the objective of adding value to the clinical trial or programme.
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Provide support to Head of Clinical Engagement and/or Senior Management in the areas of engagement/growth strategy, process and reporting.
  • Be an active contributor to the sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while achieving sales targets.
  • Provide training and mentoring support to assigned members of the Engagement Project Management team.
  • Contribute to the Engagement Project Management team process creation and process improvement.
  • Ensure successful collaboration of the Engagement PM team with other departments, as required.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 20-30%)
  • Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business needs as required.
