Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Managing the end-to-end project plan, working with subject matter experts, within a multi disciplined team to key deliverables.
Serving as the internal link within the company you’ll have direct contact with all internal departments, pulling together a cross functional team, and will have direct one on one contact with external clients to keep the projects on track!
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Relevant degree obtained within a relevant field.
- PMP certification would be an advantage but not essential.
- Extensive experience in Project Management is essential.
- Proven experience within pharmaceutical development/commercial manufacture would be a distinct advantage.
- Client facing experience preferred.
- Strong organisational abilities and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments.
- Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines.
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams to enable delivery of project timelines.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to convince others to buy-into proposals and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work delivered to clients is of a consistently high standard.
- Manage several active projects with regular monitoring from Senior Manager/Director to ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time managing revenue and budget.
- Responsible for chairing all project meetings including the generation of agendas and minutes.
- Generate, update, and facilitate agreement to project plans.
- Resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team and with assistance from Senior Management.
- Effectively communicate internally and externally, adopting a professional approach to all involved.
- Provide positive leadership to the project teams.
- Seek and deliver improvement to client satisfaction and business practice.
- Comply with GMP requirements and company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Understand emergency procedures and follow safe systems of work.
