Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Senior Project Manager supporting Auto’s Product Development as a Product Delivery Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the oversight of product sub-journey business enablement activities within the Originations, Servicing, and Data Insights Products. This role is responsible for ensuring product execution activities adhere to Wells Fargo Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and Consumer Lending Change policy and required deliverables.
Qualified candidate will require strong relationship management, influencing and execution skills. Must possess strong business and technology acumen with ability to balance operational and technical knowledge to effectively identify and manage risks within Wells Fargo’s risk appetite while delighting our customer needs. In this role, you will:

  • Assist in Delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
  • Engage with key stakeholders, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization
  • Accountable for the successful execution of all prioritized work within specific sub journey of Auto servicing Product
  • Will oversee execution of agile program related activities, including meeting regularly with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to review all work and lead the right discussions to uncover challenges, blockers, resource needs.
  • Responsible for managing initiatives and leading cross-functional through the entire end -to-end delivery
  • Understands the OKRs aligned to Auto and specific problems each Agile team is trying to solve
  • Understands if teams are operating in a way the will reduce risk and allow us to deliver successfully.
  • Resolves issues and mitigates risks by pulling the right people together to solve, bring transparency to leaders and stakeholders, drive the issue to resolution, and ensure strong risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitors the operating metrics, know the team roadmaps, backlogs, and what’s groomed/not groomed, what’s committed, how many epics needed, stories, etc.
