QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project/Program/Portfolio or Delivery Management experience (Consideration for equivalent business leadership or consulting experience)
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager within our Central PMO team, you will play a crucial role in driving priority projects that support our Global Courier Operations, Network, and Analytics teams. The Central PMO works alongside our Global Strategy and Development team, ensuring a close connection between strategic initiatives and high-impact projects. Reporting to the Head of Logistics Strategy and Development, you will oversee the entire project management lifecycle using a comprehensive strategic playbook that guides every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage critical projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Use and continuously refine our strategic playbook to guide all phases of the project management and delivery process, ensuring consistent success across projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to set clear expectations, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support ongoing planning processes by identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and contributing to operational and technical roadmaps.
  • Oversee the rollout of new technology capabilities, ensuring operational teams and key partners are fully prepared and aligned on implementation strategies.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to senior executives, keeping them informed and aligned on project progress and goals.
