Description:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, designing and implementing project plans to ensure timely project delivery within the time and budget.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

  • Plan and execute project within time and budget allocated
  • Responsibility for Safety, quality, cost and progress
  • To ensure productivity and performance of staff as well as subcontractor
  • Plan and monitor all resources including materials, machinery and manpower to minimize/avoid the wastage
  • Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise as required on project.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in delivering projects of magnitude in private residential building / commercial / institutional projects.
  • Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
  • Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over).
