Worley’s Southern Operations team are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team based in Adelaide.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Adelaide team.

The role responsibilities include:

• Takes personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects and leads this by example.
• Ability to handle complex multi-office projects with leadership skills in FEED, EPCM & PMC execution.
• Carrying the responsibility for the project success and providing strong direction for the team.
• Plans and manages the work, managing the financial aspects of the project, including the workhour estimates, forecasts and margin goals.
• Understanding of Project business case and reflect this in the work environment such as productivity, schedule, workhour control, innovation etc.
• Ensure that the Worley quality management system is followed taking into account any special contractual requirements.
