Description:
The successful candidate will guide the development and implementation of the Central Pharmacy operating model and business processes in the context of relevant legislation and the implementation of S/4HANA Enterprise Warehouse Management system software. Aditionally, you will identify opportunities to optimise supply chain processes through data driven insights and recommendations ensuring the implementation of the highest standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in warehousing operating models and processes in an environment of fast-moving inventory and related space utilisation, logistics and materials handling practices.
- Well-developed ability to understand how supply chain processes and improvements contribute to organisational goals and the ability to link data analysis and recommendations to the broader business strategy.
- Conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills, to identify problems and propose practical solutions, preferably in a complex supply chain environment of interrelated functions such as purchasing, inventory, transport and logistics.
- High level written and oral communication skills including liaising, consulting and stakeholder engagement with a broad range of clients in a complex and diverse environment.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal data, external data, and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
