Description:

As the Senior Project Officer (People) you will work with the People team to support and coordinate the delivery of people-focussed projects and initiatives across QRA. You will bring to this role your critical analysis, problem solving, project management, and communication skills. In this role you will:

  • Lead the planning, analysis, and integration of project activities for innovative people-focused programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, equity and diversity, learning and development, onboarding and induction, and reward and recognition.
  • Prepare project plans, submissions, briefs, reports, and a range of correspondence.
  • Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, plans, and materials to influence and engage the business.
  • Analyse available data to inform projects and initiatives.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders to support the implementation of projects and initiatives, underpinned by change management and project management principles.
  • Lead the facilitation of forums, workshops, and information and training sessions contributing to the delivery of people-focussed initiatives in the workplace.
  • Undertake related other duties of equivalent complexity as required.

This role is part of a team of six and reports to the Manager, People.
