ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Planning department is an inclusive team of around 30 colleagues with different expertise areas, nationalities, and years of experience. We interact with the whole project organization, as our goal is to lead and coordinate the project time schedules. Here, you’ll experience how our dynamic environment will have busy times and more quiet times. We have a culture with flexible working conditions, based on mutual trust and a high degree of independence.

Your tasks may include:

• Managing complex project time schedules in collaboration with other planners
• Facilitating schedule discussions with the project team, client and subcontractors
• Supply schedule and progress data to project team and for reporting
• Challenge and suggest alternative execution sequences to optimize project timeline
• Actively train and mentor Junior / Senior staf

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Engineering degree or similar technical background and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with project execution, preferably combined with theoretical training
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and familiar with Danish working culture
• Experience in Microsoft Project and Primavera planning tool
