Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implement planning & scheduling processes for a portfolio of projects.
  • Understand and use the software, systems and related tools.
  • Understand the schedule updates, backup requirements and reporting cycles.
  • Ensure project schedules are stored correctly and named appropriately in the project SharePoint sites.
  • Ensure monthly updates of all schedules are completed before the end of the month for reporting.
  • Reporting is maintained for own projects and reports are up to date.

  • Coordinate with PMs and project teams to establish specific project responsibilities.

  • Lead the development of detailed project schedules, including baseline schedules.
  • Lead interactive planning sessions with project teams and other stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Understand and implement time risk allowances (TRA), ensuring it is appropriately implemented.
  • Perform technical schedule analysis (review of float, logic, etc.)
  • Regularly report against project progress and ensure schedule information is included in project reports.
  • Review schedules from Contractors and supply partners to integrate into project plans.
  • Review Contractors schedules and provide assurance to our clients of schedule integrity
  • Propose different priority of activities as appropriate, and review with the project team.
  • Review project and contractor changes for appropriate schedule impact .
  • Resource and cost load schedules, when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the project QS to ensure cost / schedule integration.
  • Implementation of EVM practices if required
  • Assist in managing, controlling and tracking the project cashflow against the baseline budget.
  • Proactively review NEC Contractor Programme submissions and feedback to PM on appropriate response.
