Job Title: Senior Project Professional (Construction/Infrastructure)
Location: Barrow-In-Furness – On Site
Salary: £40,748+ depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Experience managing Projects of complexity and up to million-pound value
• Experience of managing contractors
• Stakeholder management experience at mid-management level internally and externally
• Qualification, or working towards, in Project Management and/or Engineering/Construction
• Project Management and delivery skillset (e.g. development of Plans, Business Cases, Risk Management, stakeholder engagement or equivalent experience)

• Managing construction project lifecycles within a highly regulated environment
• Responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities)
• Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
• Maintaining and managing a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken
• Managing multiple construction aspects while also effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders
