Job Title: Senior Project Professional – Trident SIG

Salary: From £40,748 depending on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Essential:
- Previous experience using ARM (Active Risk Manager) toolset
- Ability to analyse and interpret data within ARM
- Ability to report and present data to wider stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience working on a complex project or programme within a project environment
Desirable:
- Recognised Project Management qualification such as APM or Prince2
Responsibilities:
- Developing & mitigating Risks under the leadership of the Project Lead
- Attending risk reviews relevant to Trident alongside or deputising for the Project Lead
- Supporting Dreadnought by facilitating readiness sessions, LfE (Learning from Experience) meetings and problem solving working groups.
- Working with stakeholders to update the risk reporting tools. Including the Risk database and RION (Risk Opportunity Network)
- Developing relationships and consulting with key stakeholders e.g. BAE Risk team and CAMs (Control Account Manager), DN Alliance and support team
- Monitoring and reporting on Risk health, engaging with SQEP stakeholders to develop Risk mitigation strategies and support the closure of outstanding risks where appropriate
- Collaborating with SQEP stakeholders to identify and mature opportunities to protect the Level 3 schedule baseline
- Understanding and supporting the CAM/PMBCR (Project Management Baseline Change Request) process to acquire funding where a Risk mitigation/opportunity is identified
