Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting a Senior Property Assessor/Analyst (Non-Residential) to fill a permanent full-time position. The Senior Property Assessor/Analyst provides specialized assessment expertise and analysis, including highly developed understanding and experience with system integrations. Ability to gather complex data and apply statistical measures and analysis and the ability to draw accurate conclusions from the data. Application of strong analytical skills which would include: interpreting and applying complex valuation standards, meeting legislated requirements, communicating and defending assessment information successfully, and to apply assessment knowledge to inform other City functions and projects.
