ABOUT RGP PROPERTIES:

RGP Properties is a leading real estate brokerage specializing in luxury property sales, rentals, and investments across Dubai. We provide our agents with fresh leads, exclusive property listings, and full marketing support to help them succeed in this competitive market.
We are looking for a motivated Senior Property Consultant with at least 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai to join our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan or secondary market).
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record.
Fluent in English (Mandatory); French, Arabic, or Persian is a plus.
RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Client Handling & Lead Conversion – Engage with fresh leads, understand their requirements, and offer suitable property options.
Property Sales – Conduct viewings, present properties, and close deals effectively.
Market Research & Advisory – Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Negotiation & Deal Closing – Ensure smooth transactions while delivering exceptional client service.
