QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a degree in insurance, business administration or in law. Alternatively, you are a qualified insurance broker or insurance specialist
• You have at least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in industrial insurance with in-depth knowledge in property and the engineering lines of insurance, preferably with an insurance broker
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and have excellent negotiating skills
• You are familiar with the common MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are committed, work independently and successfully in a team and are willing to travel worldwide

• You identify and evaluate property and business interruption risks as well as risks in the engineering lines of insurance within the Freudenberg Group
• You will be responsible for taking out and managing global property and business interruption insurance policies as well as policies in the engineering lines of insurance
• You will handle process claims in the respective insurance lines and ensure smooth claims settlement
• You carry out the insurance-related risk management, including global site inspections with external risk engineers
• You work actively in our reinsurance captive
