Job Description
At Connells, We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Canterbury. As a Senior Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER.

  • Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
  • Must be very organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
  • Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods in this fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in Lettings or having ARLA (or equivalent) qualifications would be an advantage (not compulsory)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our 22 lettings offices with managing repairs
  • Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
  • Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
  • Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords
