HOW YOU’LL HELP OUR TEAM SUCCEED:

  • Collaborate with consultants and administrative team members to gather relevant information for inclusion in pitch and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the proposal system, ensuring it is user-friendly and up to date with the latest content and branded templates.
  • Track and analyze the success rate of pitches and proposals to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Assist with proposal presentations by providing logistical and technical support.
  • Support the formatting and editing efforts led by the Graphics team on proposal documents.

The Senior Proposal Coordinator will support the consulting staff’s proposal development efforts by overseeing and maintaining the proposal technology platform, providing analytics, and reporting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. In addition to oversight of the technical functionality, they will assist in helping to build and maintain the system’s content libraries, user interface, and AI tools. The Senior Proposal Coordinator will also contribute to product development and manage related change management initiatives.
