ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate Senior Propositions Manager to help us achieve our ambition to transition from product led to customer led propositions and experiences within the Home & Energy division.
The Senior Propositions Manager is responsible for developing customer value propositions and acting as the key interface into senior stakeholders across brand, advocacy, communications, digital and design. With a talent for driving outcomes, you will work with product teams and the incubation squad to design, build and execute propositions that resonate with target audiences and compel action.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer strategy, analysis, investment case and roadmap to drive customer, market share and commercial growth across key segments
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and understand the competitive landscape, use these insights to define compelling propositions that can secure new revenue, drive retention and grow customer lifetime value.
- Develop new propositions and bundles that deliver on customer needs and address market/portfolio opportunities to drive product performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new propositions and strategic initiatives to market
- Translate insights on customer experience into tangible opportunities
- Engage with stakeholders in the broader business to promote the Home & Energy program, and work collaboratively to identify and deliver upon opportunities
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of propositions, working with the product team and Incubation squad to drive customer satisfaction, adoption and retention
