REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in the crypto industry. Demonstrated passion for the industry and following recent developments. You are addicted to crypto twitter :)
- 3+ years DevOps experience. You have run blockchain nodes yourself either professionally or as a hobbyist.
- Analytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesising complex information and conveying your learnings both in oral and written format.
SOFT SKILLS

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Responsibilities:
As our Senior Protocol Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Doing technical due diligence on new protocols being evaluated for Kiln’s roadmap
- Running protocols in testnet on Kiln servers before handing them over to the Kiln infa team for mainnet / ongoing production
