The Senior Publisher Success Manager is the day-to-day contact for a subset of premium publisher partners. Reporting to the Head of Publisher Success for our EMEA region, this role is the backbone of GumGum’s premium publisher partnerships in the UK, our biggest publisher market in the region. This individual is essential to retaining Tier 1 and 2 accounts while unlocking their maximum revenue potential.
The Senior Publisher Success Manager will independently own relationships with our top publisher partners – part of this role is building and maintaining meaningful relationships with Publisher clients through in-person meetings in and around London. Through these relationships and their industry knowledge, this individual will be crucial in helping develop the company’s overall publisher development strategy.
The Senior Publisher Success Manager possesses a passion for customer success and serves as an expert on GumGum’s products, publisher tools and platforms. This person will be expected to be present in the London office a few times per week.
Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a ‘commutable’ distance to our office.

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

  • BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years in digital media/ad tech, with experience in a network, exchange, or SSP environment.
  • Account management experience in ad tech, creating client solutions.
  • Proficient with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets, ticketing systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the media industry, digital advertising, and ad tech.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite (Jira & Google Ad Manager are a plus).
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve complex problems.
  • Passionate about media, ad tech trends, and building lasting publisher partnerships.
