ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst (French Bilingual) who considers themselves dynamic, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with Development, Design and the QA Lead/Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance applications through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices following a clearly defined QA methodology and in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures with a focus to deliver high-quality value-adding solutions to our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Participate in Sprint planning/retrospection meetings for each sprint.
• Good experience in Test estimates, Test strategy/Test plan Sprint Summary report and assist the team in arriving the test scenarios.
• Design and complete (SIT/E2E) Test Cases and review the test scenarios/conditions and test cases.
• Participate in Defect triage & walkthrough sessions and Identify key risks, issues, and challenges for the program and communicate the same with the different team members including business and IT.
• Identify and Communicate project issues/ concerns on a regular basis.

What you bring to the role:

• Overall 6+ years of experience in manual/functional testing with minimum of 2+ years of testing experience in insurance domain.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French language.
• Must have exposure and bilingual experience with the French language and an added advantage will be experience working with French-speaking customers.
• Knowledge of JIRA and TFS
