Description:
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior QA Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is an American brand of skin-care products developed by two dermatologists and launched in 1995. It is an industry leader in developing solution-based skin care systems. The company emphasizes research and development to create effective skincare solutions that address diverse skin types and issues, combining medically-based breakthrough technologies with the best condition-based treatment fighters into clinically proven regimens. According to the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, the client is one of the most popular skincare brands due to celebrity endorsements and infomercials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the existing web applications, primarily focusing on supporting and extending the Kibo web platform for e-commerce backend management. This role involves testing new web system functionalities and developments to enhance the e-commerce experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid QA testing and automation tools background and experience working on Agile projects. Eventually, the role will evolve into more like 70% manual and 30% automation testing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing (50%/50%).
- Experience with WebdriverIO in the JavaScript language.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- A strong background in API testing, mainly using Postman, and knowledge of GraphQL.
- Ability to write, execute, and report test cases using the TestRail tool.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and values, with experience working on Agile projects.
- Knowledge of Bitbucket/GitHub.
- Expertise in running QA strategies among teams.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and values.
- Leadership skills to guide the QA process effectively.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level in English.
- Self-driven and motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive QA initiatives.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Kibo.
