PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone ready to learn new technologies and interested in growing in QA leadership - take accountability for a few applications as a sole QA by managing the priorities and delegating some of the testing responsibilities to developers. We expect a communicative, flexible person who understands the business context as well as the technical design of the solution.

Experience in QA 5+ years
Experience working as a leading QA in the project, covering all the aspects of Quality Assurance (manual, automation)
Readiness to learn new technologies
Strong in both technology and business understanding
Good collaboration and prioritization skills
Analysis capabilities

Agile culture
English C1
Nice to have
GitHub environment (repository level and CICD)
Any certification related to QA

Set up and lead the Quality Assurance processes (manual + automation) in 1-3 teams
as a sole QA, with the ability to prioritize and delegate part of testing to developers
Participate actively in Refinements
Prepare detailed CoA based on a User Story Description & CoA from PO
Implement manual and automated testing
Delegate part of automation test writing to developers by training & coaching
Communicate with the Customer
Communicate with the QA Chapter, transmit the company guidelines to the team and ensure they are followed
