Senior QA Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at SnappyCX. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by developing and executing test plans, identifying and resolving bugs, and collaborating with developers to enhance overall product quality. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
• In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and security testing.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• Identify, track, and resolve bugs and issues before deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality and functionality.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to validate the performance, security, and usability of our products.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Document and communicate test results, providing detailed reports on defects and potential risks.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Continuously improve QA processes to align with industry best practices and evolving company needs.
