As a Senior Digital QA Engineer, you will:

• Actively engage in sprint ceremonies.
• Use your background in manual testing to identify test scenarios, create test models, and execute exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Raise & track software defects.
• Set up and maintain test data, as required.
• Support the QA Manager with test environment management.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders including Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Developers (internal/external) Solution Architects and the rest of the business.
• Be an evangelist for quality within the team, encourage good practices.
• Ensure TGG maintains a ‘best available option’ approach to our tooling requirements by keeping up to date with the latest test automation technologies.

We’re looking for someone who is clearly able to demonstrate:
5+ years hands-on QA experience across automation and manual exploratory testing.
Strong test planning skills.

Experience using the following tools to a high standard (Essential):

• Playwright (framework, scripting, execution)
• API Postman Platform (framework, scripting, execution)
• Jira (user stories and sprint tasks)
• Confluence (test and project documentation

Experience using the following tools (Desirable):

• Experience with an object-oriented programming language (C#, Java)
• Lighthouse for page speed (scripting, execution via the pipeline)
• Sonar for security (scripting, execution via the pipeline)
• Lucidchart/Miro (creating test models)
• Browserstack (mobile app testing)
• Azure pipelines

Experience testing the following:

• Websites
• Mobile App
• APIs
• Payment & Customer Systems
• Strong experience with Agile working practices.
• Customer centric, enthusiastic about delivering great digital products and services.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, energetic, with a commercial mind-set and an ability to think innovatively.
• Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner.
