Description:
Salla, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality & Technical Operation Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quality & Technical Operation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, services, and optimizing technical operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Proven experience in creating and managing reports, preferably within an E-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Graylog).
- Basic technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms and their data structures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile, and oversee a range of reports such as SLA reports, Operational Excellence reports, Graylog reports, and additional performance-related reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.
- Support the team with technical issues related to data and the E-commerce platform.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of new reporting tools and systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on report generation and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality assurance.
