Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Onsite) for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review and analyze Business Requirements and Solution Design documents
  • Design test scenarios and test cases
  • Identify and/or create test data for specific test cases
  • Execute test cases and analyze results
  • Report, track, and retest defects
  • Participate in daily huddles to report on testing progress and/or barriers
  • Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and other agile ceremonies as required
  • Follow escalation process to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Support business with User Acceptance testing processes and deliverables as required
  • Proactively manage workload
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Specific Project/Platform Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst service provider or similar services
  • Experience with various software development methodologies including but not necessarily limited to Agile
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience/knowledge of all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with a Defect Tracking tool
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with a Test Management Tool
