EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related discipline or working towards
    Relevant Quality Assurance and/or ISO Certification desirable

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Risk, Quality and Control - Senior Manager within Business Services, the Senior Quality Business Partner will play a key role in working collaboratively with stakeholders from all levels of the business to ensure processes, systems and practice is being monitored and measured in meeting the Quality Program and associated quality governance expectations.

The role will also assist the Risk, Quality and Control - Senior Manager and team with the following supportive functions including, but not limited to:

  • Ability to effectively monitor and report on adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring best practices are consistently upheld within the organization.
  • Offer support to business owners in ensuring compliance with the Policy Framework and Knowledge Management System (KMS), enabling them to navigate and implement these frameworks seamlessly.
  • Efficiently coordinate both internal and external audits as necessary, ensuring a smooth and effective audit process.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Risk, Quality, and Control Newsletters to business owners, providing valuable insights and updates on these critical areas.
  • Take charge of preparing documentation for Risk, Quality, and Control Meetings, including the meticulous recording and dissemination of meeting minutes.
  • Foster strong and enduring relationships through proactive engagement with both customers and colleagues, thereby enhancing collaboration and understanding across the organization.
