Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Senior Quality and Compliance Officer in Aged Care, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the organisation. You will work closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager to develop, implement and maintain systems and processes that promote excellence in care delivery and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve conducting audits, providing guidance to staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
This role encompasses ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing quality assurance measures, and driving policy development across our Aged Care facilities. Collaborating with staff and consumers, you will develop policies aligned with industry standards and lead training sessions to enhance staff skills. Your oversight of incident management and feedback systems, along with meticulous documentation, will ensure adherence to best practices and effective reporting to stakeholders.
