- Contract Management: Ability to draft sub-contracts and manage their implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely submission of all data required for the monitoring and analysis of contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate closely with Contracts Management to ensure smooth financial operations, keeping the Commercial Manager updated on all significant developments.
- Implement the Group’s Commercial Procedures in alignment with delegated authority.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism in interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Work with Contracts Management to ensure all required notices and submissions for various contract types are completed promptly to protect the company’s interests.
- Ensure main contract payment applications are comprehensive, including all necessary claims for additional costs, with detailed claims and final accounts submitted on time.
- Support Contracts Management with the performance administration of sub-contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Submit contract payment applications regularly and ensure timely cash collection, along with preparing Sub-Contractor payments in strict accordance with payment terms.
- Play an active role in dispute resolution and avoidance.
- Oversee the management of Sub-Contractor payments.
