• Lead the team on the development of new product
• Ensuring compliance with policies of AFPC.
• Active and regular participation in coaching and development, as well as use of Amcor’s Talent Management System such as GMP and HACCP

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience in flexible manufacturing
• Experience in product development and/or R&D
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate to both internal and external customers.
• Capability to thrive on multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities’
• Have the ability to handle projects and issues autonomously while working within a small team structure
• Ability to work quickly (deadline-driven) and creatively to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Exceptional influencing skills at every level of the organisation - ability to gain consensus, managing sensitive situations and sensitive materials
