• Monitor, influence, and implement product sustainability regulations to ensure continued compliance (Focus: Ecodesign for Sustainable Products regulation, Green Claims Directive, Packaging and Packaging waste Regulation and Safe and Sustainable by Design)
• Develop strategies for compliance and/or risk reduction
• Communicate and present at multiple levels on product sustainability compliance. Provide regulatory insights to business divisions on new regulation and impact on their customers
• Partner with business to enable growth with compliance to sustainability regulations
• Take line manager responsibility for one employee
• Identify and evaluate technical solutions for product sustainability regulations
• Work with RD&E and Supply Chain to assess the impact on the product portfolio and contribute to innovation
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-divisional project teams
• Work with outside consultant to follow and support implementation of legislative changes
• Represent Ecolab at trade associations and liaise with authorities about tasks related to regulatory product sustainability regulations
