You will plan and coordinate / implement necessary actions to ensure that RCN members and staff are fully supported as changes to pay, terms and conditions are negotiated and come into place, it’s a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential. You will lead a team of Officers ensuring excellent member experience in relation to case management and will undertake an essential role in being a critical friend to a number of NHS organisations providing challenge and ensuring members voices are heard. To join us you’ll need to be a passionate professional who has ambition for change in support of RCN members. We’re seeking an individual experienced in strategic working, at a senior level, with trade unions, employers, employer organisations and statutory bodies. You’ll be expert in working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will bring a deep understanding and knowledge of nursing employment relations issues. The ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between internal and external stakeholders is at the heart of this role.
