We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to become part of our UK business and help develop and deliver our new App. As a Senior Engineer you will help develop a platform that brings a world automotive experience to the people who need it. With a passion for people and a strong growth mentality, you will enable us to deliver app solutions. In executing this mission, you will work closely with our engineers, architects, and product owners.

You will be positioned as a Lead Contributor who will help us build a modern app platform that delivers an amazing user experience:
- Strong contributor, delivering high-quality code by improving coding standards and best practices, taking into account wider requirements such as performance, reliability, availability, scalability and security.
- Proactively contribute to the wider engineering department, through knowledge sharing, and architectural forums.
- Support good agile team outcomes ensuring engineering decisions are made which factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability and business needs.
- Support making pragmatic trade-offs between perfection and technical debt which aligns with our priorities as a business
