Senior React Native Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior React Engineer (m/f/d) to join our OPS-Mobile team and contribute to the development and scaling of our backend services and mobile application.
You will be part of Team Ops-Mobile (McDriver) and join their mission in providing the best operational tools to Flix drivers, shop and train personal to foster work efficiency and smooth travel experience. The app is used across the globe to assist our users with operational tasks, such as checking-in passengers and selling tickets.
The team consists of a Product Owner, 3 Full Stack engineers, one Mobile engineer and one data analyst and is now looking to expand its capacity to tackle new challenges. They enjoy a lot of autonomy and fully own their product and any architectural and technical decisions related to it. Besides the app itself, the team also maintains a separate Frontend (React), as well as a Backend that aggregates data to be used by the app.
In your role as a Full-Stack engineer, you will be able to shape and influence an operationally-critical product that is fundamental part of every driver’s daily work, and is an essential part within the Flix ecosystem. Along with your team, you are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining state-of-the-art backend systems and services.

• Take hands on development responsibilities within the team: design, develop, deploy and ensure good maintenance of products and services
• Lead technical decisions inside and across teams to improve technical excellence through lateral leadership

• Contribute in finding the best solutions to facilitate the work of drivers, support and operations personnel
