We develop hotels and accommodation for Basecamp Properties in the mountain communities. We are also a portfolio with a mix of residential and commercial developments for sale which comes into the Big Moose Realty department.

Position Overview
The Senior Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process from strategy through execution, working closely with local realtor communities, marketing, development, and finance teams. Will lead a sales team and play a pivotal role in developing strategies, setting pricing, and managing relationships with brokers, clients, and investors.
Salary range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00
Shifts: Full-time permanent
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on condo development, pre-sales, and resort communities.
- Project Launch Success: Demonstrated success in launching and selling condo developments, with a strong understanding of the pre-sales process, particularly in resort areas.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the residential and resort real estate markets, including pricing trends, buyer demographics, and competitor analysis.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; exceptional negotiation skills.
- Realtor Network: Strong connections with local real estate agents and brokers in both urban and resort communities.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to drive pre-sales success.
- Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring junior sales associates and managing project teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A real estate license is an asset but not a requirement.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and real estate platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in resort condo developments.
- Existing relationships with local real estate agents and brokers, ideally in resort communities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects of condo sales, including pre-construction condo sales.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement pre-sales strategies for condo projects, particularly in resort communities, including pricing, positioning, and marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall vision.
- Project Launch: Lead the execution of successful pre-sale launches, ensuring target sellout timelines are met and exceeded.
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team, setting performance goals and ensuring they meet sales targets.
- Realtor Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate brokers, agents, and the wider realtor community to drive awareness and demand for pre-sale units.
- Sales Management: Oversee the condo sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing contracts and negotiations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with the project’s overall goals.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation, particularly in resort destinations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular sales performance reports and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience for buyers throughout the pre-sales process, from the initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
