REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Fluent Polish in both speaking and writing as well as very good English (min. B2),
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Senior Receptionist Coordinator, you will provide advanced administrative support for multiple departments or offices. This includes greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms, ordering supplies and other tasks.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival and following security protocols while escorting visitors to the proper location.
  • Scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms, including room setup, placing catering orders.
  • Performing intermediate clerical duties such as issuing badges and ordering office supplies.
  • Cooperating with suppliers and managing administration.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Screening incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, and arranging messenger service as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, café, and other common areas, and requesting building and housekeeping services as needed.
  • Arranging convenience and hospitality services for guests.
  • Recognizing and solving typical and atypical problems that occur in the work area without supervisory approval.
