You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors that will give you all the tools you need to grow.
THE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar academic field)
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (mandatory);
- Experience working on a start-up;
- Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruiter you’ll be:
- Executing recruitment for technical roles. From devising pipeline strategies and sourcing to owning the entire candidate journey including extending offers and closing the candidate
- Building and efficiently managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Providing and driving an extraordinary hiring experience for all candidates, regardless of whether they are successful or not
- Partnering with the hiring manager and collaborating with the People Team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies
