Responsibilities:

  • You will create and manage effective recruiting strategies and programs to meet the company’s hiring needs
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document the specific requirements for job openings and initiate the recruitment process
  • You will identify and utilize the most effective recruiting sources to advertise and post job openings
  • You will enhance the company’s image and reputation among candidates and external service providers throughout promoting Dexcom
  • You will actively seek out potential candidates and build networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • You will review resumes and assess the effectiveness of electronic tools used for candidate evaluation
  • You will maintain thorough documentation of the candidate evaluation and interview process to ensure consistency and compliance
  • You will negotiate or assist hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hires
  • You will collaborate with agencies, contractors, and website representatives to execute effective employment advertising campaigns
  • You will offer performance feedback on the effectiveness of all recruiting agencies and sources
  • You will take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the recruitment function
