Description:
Ignite Visibility, is an award-winning U.S. digital marketing agency located in San Diego, CA. We are seeking a highly experience Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Human. As a Senior Recruiter specializing in Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the digital marketing field. This role knowledge of digital marketing skillsets and expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on digital marketing roles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter certification, etc.).
- Experience recruiting in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for digital marketing roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., networking, social media, job boards, referrals).
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing recruitment.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and optimize processes.
