We are hiring a (Senior) Recruiter (f/m/d) dedicated to sourcing, attracting and recruiting top IT sales and consulting talent for Customer Success. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the talent market, diversity & inclusion and competitive hiring practices to shape hiring managers’ strategy on hiring talents. You will work on end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition approval, defining profile requirements in conjunction with local and international hiring managers, managing relevant direct and in-direct sourcing in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling complex offer negotiations and cooperation with the workers council.
