POSITION DESCRIPTION

Due to continued expansion and company growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruiter to join the recruitment team at Airedale. This role will implement the organisation’s recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organisation and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business. The geographic scope of the role covers recruitment in UK, Europe and India. The role reports to the HR Director EMEA /APAC.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• A truly engaging and passionate Recruiter with the ability to establish rapport quickly, engage challenging executives and develop trusted relationships.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
• At least 5 years’ experience within Technical Recruitment and Technical Sales Recruitment.
• Experience of using different ATS’s, ideally Success Factors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills and are detail-orientated

• At least 5 years’ experience of Technical Recruitment in the UK and Europe – from sourcing through to onboarding, and evidence strong Hiring Manager relationship management
• Build talent pipelines and talent pools for future hires.
• Work with Marketing to promote vacancies and opportunities across various social media platforms (LinkedIn etc)
• Partner with key universities for the recruitment of Engineering Graduates in Leeds, Newcastle, Madrid.
• Strong experience in attracting top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
• Approach and screen candidates.
• Leverage the ATS to manage candidate pipelines, move candidates through the process and onboard.
• Strong communication skills.
• A great team player with ability to achieve results, working to strict deadlines, through collaborative working.
• Motivated and pro-active – a self-starter able to work under own initiative.
• Strong IT skills.
