We are a dynamic, growth-oriented organization, committed to innovation across multiple business lines. We’re looking for a motivated and bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and securing top internal talent to meet both our current and future needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process for internal roles, focusing on sales directors and recruitment consultants, including strategic passive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with department heads across all divisions to understand their recruitment needs, cultural fit, and growth plans.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, providing regular updates and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition strategies to continuously attract top talent.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and another internal employee matters as needed.
- Hybrid setup: Work three days a week from our beautiful headquarters in Montreal in a private office, with the flexibility to work remotely from home for two days.
