Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, either as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, Tech Recruiter, or Senior Recruiter in the tech industry
  • A deep understanding of tech roles, and the nuances of hiring for engineering, IT, and data teams
  • Strong experience sourcing and attracting tech talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and tech communities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders, particularly technical teams and senior leadership
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with a passion for continuously learning and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Already based in Berlin, fluent in English, with German being a plus!

The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager Tech / (Senior) Recruiter Tech to join our purpose-driven People & Culture team at Sunday Natural, consisting of Sabrina and Sarah, with a direct reporting line to Sarah Guerrier. In this pivotal role, you will help scale our data-focused and technical teams, working closely with team leads and Managing Directors (MDs) to attract top-tier tech talent. If you’re passionate about people, skilled at identifying high-potential candidates, and ready to take ownership of our tech recruiting efforts, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing, and assessing to the final hire, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Work closely with technical leads and MDs to understand the team needs and ensure the best fit for technical roles
  • Identify and engage with top tech candidates through direct outreach, social media or tech-specific job boards, and networking events
  • Partner with the team to develop and refine Employer Branding initiatives to position Sunday Natural as a top employer in the tech space
  • Work closely with your recruiting team to continuously improve our recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows, bringing fresh insights to refine our hiring processes
