KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Taking full ownership to ensure the 360-recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
  • Drive down the use of existing reliance on Agency a and educate the HM population on the benefits of direct delivery.
  • Leveraging your existing experience, knowledge, and resources whilst also working with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies that enable you to deliver great candidates and lead and influence conversations with your hiring managers.
  • Providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements and unique selling points of the role.
  • Creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Championing your candidates. Having honest, quality career discussions that assess candidate suitability for each role and bring your client’s brand to life so that candidates feel excited at the prospect of joining them

CRITICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written & spoken
  • Experience in leading end-to-end 360 recruitment processes.
  • Experience of sourcing and creating talent pools for future hiring.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage Client stakeholders including senior position
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates.
  • Experience of hiring within Financial Services with preferably Investment Banking.

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter with German (m/f/d) to support one of our client’s – a market leader in investment banking – NatWest Group.
As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) you will support with the full end to end lifecycle (for all roles from Analyst to VP Level) via the direct delivery model ensuring Client, key hiring Managers stakeholders and candidates are supported throughout their lifecycle. You will also be supporting creating a talent strategy for your region and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, SLAs and client satisfaction targets.
You’ll be reporting into a Senior Manager and be working alongside you colleagues across multiple regions as well as being a part of the wider NatWest UK AMS team. You will also have reporting lines into the NatWest HR Team in region.
