Senior Recruitment Consultant - Automotive / Tech

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven history in client-facing roles within executive search or recruitment
• EV, Cyber, SemiCon, Green/Clean Tech or any other Automotive-relevant subvertical specialism desirable!
• A sharp understanding of the automotive and mobility industry, including a grasp of upcoming technologies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with a talent for robust relationship building.
• A demonstrable track record of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary contact and ensuring that their talent acquisition goals are met.
• Prospect for and manage relationships with your clients, ranging from recognised OEMs to exciting startups.
• Oversee executive search engagements, conducting needs analysis, candidate sourcing, and presentation.
• Become an authority to your clients by advising them on prevailing market trends and insights to guide their talent strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to deliver bespoke executive search services of the highest quality.
