Description:

Company Description
Brewer Morris was established in 1987 as the UK’s first recruitment consultancy to focus on tax, treasury, and financial services recruitment. Today we are firmly established as market leaders across these specialisms and take great pride in the number of long-term business relationships we maintain and continue to develop.
The professional services tax team has just enjoyed a record year in 2022 and is looking to build on its success throughout 2023 and beyond. With a wealth of recruitment experience within the team, we have strong networks across the profession built up over several years. We have a reputation for providing high levels of service and delivery to our clients, and as a result, we often get requests to provide support outside of our core area of tax. Therefore, we are looking to invest and build out a recruitment offering to our professional services clients outside of tax, for example, in audit and/or advisory.
Job Description

Delivery will be key as we are looking to hire someone who is an expert in matching candidate profiles to client mandates and managing the full recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging existing relationships within the accountancy firms to build out and establish our audit/advisory offering as well as utilising own network.
  • Establishing a candidate database of suitable candidates to be able to deliver top talent to clients.
