With this desk having a list of live vacancies across the Bristol area, this division will be our key growth point as we head into the new year. You’ll inherit a warm desk ready for you to nurture and expand as well as embark on a clear path to leadership with aspirations to manage your own team in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
- Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
- Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations
